SHIPPING
Shipping occurs Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-3 days to process orders with ready to ship items. It will state under each product if the item is RTS or a preorder. If you are wanting something rushed please email me at rozzirayne@gmail.com or send a facebook/instagram message and I will do my best to accommodate that.
LOST/STOLEN
If your package is lost your stolen please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Rozzi Rayne is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
RETURNS
Due to the products being handmade, the merchandise sold, refunds and/or exchanges are not available. Please contact me if you have any problem or issue with your purchase and I will do my best to fix the situation.
Please make sure your address on your paypal is current, if a package has been returned due to the address not being correct the buyer will be responsible for covering the postage to resend it.
REFUNDS
Once a product has been shipped we don't issue refunds.
If the product has a defect, please contact us ASAP so we can address your issue. We will provide a return address label and send a replacement once the defective product is received.
Defective products should be returned to us within 14 days of delivery so we can send a replacement.
RETURNED PACKAGES
In the event that a package gets returned due to failure of being delivered, shipping fees will not be refunded. For international order (outside US or Canada), if the package should be sent back, additional shipping charges will be charged.
